Recon by RepVantage

Prepare the call. Make the call. Prove the day.

Walk in knowing what changed at the account, the one ask to make, and the first sentence to say. Then work the day from one list, and end it with a recap your manager reads the same way you do.

Team sign in

  1. Know the account before you walk in

What changed since the last visit, the one ask, and your first sentence.

  2. The ask becomes today's goal

Accept it, swap it, and close it with one tap when you leave.

  3. Run today's stops, in order

Each one opens in Maps from its pin or address. Check in and out with GPS; the distance and accuracy are shown, never hidden.

  4. Goals hit, goals missed, a recap

Your manager sees the day the same way you do.

  5. Miles two ways

Two figures, never merged: odometer and miles between stops.

  6. A photo of the cooler becomes the schematic you fix on one page

Anything Recon could not read with confidence is left blank, for you to fill in.

Working today, and what is in build.

  • Prep card from captures on file

Working today. What changed since the last visit, the one ask, and your first sentence, read from the last brief for that store. With no capture yet, it says so.

  • One goal per stop

Working today. The brief's top move is offered as the goal. Accept it or swap it, then close it at check-out as Hit, Partial or Missed.

  • Today's stops

Working today. Plan the day's stops, each with an optional address and appointment time.

  • Suggested order

Working today. Where stops are pinned, Recon suggests an order. Where they are not, the list stays in your order and says so.

  • Maps hand-off

Working today. Each stop opens in your phone's Maps app, from its pin or address. Recon draws no map of its own.

  • GPS check-in and check-out

Working today. Tap to check in and out. You see the distance to the store's pin and the accuracy of the fix, and a plain note when no location was recorded.

  • Minutes checked in

Working today. How long you were checked in at each stop, in minutes. A forgotten check-out reads "no check-out recorded", never a long stay.

  • End day recap

Working today. Stops planned and visited, goals hit, partial and missed, and miles, in one recap you can copy.

  • Manager Team recap

Working today. A manager opens each rep's day in the same recap the rep sees.

  • Miles two ways

Working today. Odometer and miles between stops, side by side, with a CSV download. A leg without a fix reads unknown.

  • As-is schematic and print sheet

Working today. A cooler photo becomes the as-is schematic. Positions Recon could not read stay blank, you fix it, and one tap prints a one-page Letter sheet.

  • Cooler read

Working today. Doors, facings by brand, empty facings, and compliance against the planogram on file.

  • Shelf read

Working today. Share of shelf by brand, the price ladder and price gaps, and the POS materials in the photo.

  • Tap wall read

Working today. Every handle left to right, which ones are yours, your share of taps, open taps, and new placements.

  • Since your last visit

Working today. What changed at this account: facings, handles, and placements gained or lost.

  • Invoices to sell-through

Working today. Scan an invoice photo or PDF. Recon works out what sold since your last visit and suggests an order.

  • Planogram Studio

Working today. Build a recommended cooler set from velocity, category mix, and category trend.

  • Works offline

Working today. Captures save on the phone first and sync when signal comes back.

  • Nightly manager email

In build. A nightly summary of each rep's day, sent to the manager.

  • Account research

In build. Owner, guest and brand-fit intel for an account, gathered before the call.

The three-tier system shapes what a rep can offer.

Federal tied-house rules (27 CFR Part 6) bar suppliers and distributors from giving retailers things of value outside narrow exceptions, and states add their own limits. Product displays are capped per brand per account, and slotting fees are prohibited for alcohol.

A supplier may recommend a shelf schematic and stock its own products, but not fund the retailer's reset. So Recon's planogram output is a schematic recommendation, never a paid reset.
